PV Channel Manager
Dusseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners in the region (owners, branch/sales managers).
- Enable channel partners to continuously improve their solution sales and service capabilities.
- Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses.
- Establish channel objectives and strategies to meet sales goals, in collaboration with the National Digital Power Dept.
- Develop plan with Channel Sales Rep for execution of new program to be launched to distributors.
- Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to our distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance, assess execution of actions and market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain channel contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of the channel market.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledges of project operation/forecast/analysis.
- Basic knowledges for PV, Battery energy storage, EV charging or related industries are preferred but not essential.
- Stakeholder management, communication management.
- Good planning and organizing skills, stable work output ability.
- Excellent data analysis and insight ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture.
- Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), etc.
- Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Service-oriented, ability to learn quickly and adoptive to fast pace of work.
- Excellent at project organization, goal-oriented and quick response.
- Fluent in German and English
