Qualifikationen

Your Mission

We are looking for a (Senior) Account Executive (m/f/d) with the ambition to acquire top-tier customers and make RobCo Europe's leading company for automation solutions in the SMB sector. With funding of over €50 million from renowned VCs like Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as top-tier business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well-positioned to realize our vision.

  • You will be responsible for the successful development and expansion of the direct sales channel in your assigned region. Together with the marketing team, you will develop new ways to consistently excite our customers about our robots and solutions — with strategic freedom to explore new and effective approaches.
  • In close collaboration with our solutions team, you will find optimal solutions for our customers’ challenges and establish RobCo as a long-term automation partner.
  • As the link between the customer and the company, you will coordinate processes across departments and create new concepts to optimize the sales structure.
  • You will measure your success through regular monitoring and analysis of defined KPIs.
  • Together with the sales management, you will define common goals in regular discussions and review the progress in your region.
  • As an ambassador for our company, your regular visits to customers will not only strengthen relationships but also reinforce trust in our brand.
  • You are committed to continuous learning in various fields and expanding your expertise — for example, in machine tools (CNC turning, milling, general metalworking, dispensing, intralogistics, etc.).
Your Profile
  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification, ideally in a technical field.
  • You have 3-7 years of experience in sales/business development and are eager to build new accounts and further develop existing ones.
  • The environment of a fast-growing, young company challenges you, and ideally, you already have practical experience in such a company.
  • You are a passionate networker, convincing with your empathy, and at the same time, you are motivated by set goals.
  • You are ambitious and can demonstrate success in business development.
  • You enjoy working in a data-driven environment, want to develop strategically, and grow alongside the company.
