One of our clients, QuestionPro GmbH in Berlin, a leading developer and provider of web-based survey and analytics tools in market research and experience management, is seeking a Key Account Manager for the DACH region in Hamburg.

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining client relationships
  • Active sales planning via efficient pipeline management
  • Participating in acquisition meetings and preparing for them
  • Identifying business potentials through customer needs analysis (cross- and upselling)
  • Creating tailored presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Managing the entire sales process: inquiry, consultation, presentation, proposal, closing
  • Building strategic and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies or commercial training
  • Experience in SaaS sales and solution selling, preferably in enterprise feedback/experience management
  • Experience conducting sales webinars and online presentations, familiarity with modern sales tools and social networking
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
  • Strong interest in the software industry and high sales affinity and service mentality
  • Team player with high customer orientation, independent and structured working style, excellent communication skills
