Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Administration of operating systems for customer systems
• Administration of customer server systems and network infrastructure
• Maintenance and servicing of databases (MSSQL) for machines and systems
• Conceptual design of the machine-internal network infrastructure
• Development of new concepts, e.g., introduction and testing of Windows 10 IOT for customer systems
• Installation of external networks at customer sites
• Development of internal tools/user software
• Administration of remote maintenance solutions
• Creation and maintenance of images for our machine PCs

Profile

• Successfully completed training in the IT field with relevant professional experience
• Experience in IT support
• Excellent operating system knowledge, including Windows (and optionally Linux)
• Good knowledge of SQL databases
• Programming knowledge (advantageous: C#, .NET)
• English language skills, both spoken and written (an advantage)
• High degree of independence, personal responsibility, and ability to work in a team
