Customer Success Manager / Inside Sales Orthodontics (m/w/x), Chemnitz

Join our team at the Straumann Group, a global leader in aesthetic dentistry. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager / Inside Sales Orthodontics (m/w/x) to support our growth in the orthodontics segment, particularly in Aligner Therapy. This role can be performed remotely and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and actively recruit new customers (dental and orthodontic practices) within your designated sales territory.
  • Follow up on leads from the sales team, marketing campaigns, and training events.
  • Support dental professionals and practice staff in initial product application via video or phone calls.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the sales and product management teams for customer follow-up.
  • Assist customers with application questions and process optimization.
  • Document activities in our CRM system.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge in orthodontics.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or degree; alternatively, training as a dental assistant or dental technician (preferably with experience in Kieferorthopädie and Aligner Therapy).
  • Initial experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Communicative, committed, flexible, and independent.
  • Customer service and sales orientation.
  • Ability to simplify complex information.
