Your mission
  • Organize and coordinate the entire recruiting process
  • Screen and pre-select incoming application documents
  • Conduct initial interviews with applicants
  • Prepare job advertisements
  • Collaborate with personnel service providers
  • Participate in and organize job fairs
Your profile
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • High trustworthiness and discretion
  • Experience in applicant management and conducting job interviews (preferred)
  • Independent, careful, and precise working style
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills
