Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central by taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, adherence to SuccessFactors Standards and local TLS (tax, legal, statutory) requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
- Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables
- Collaborate with the program management of , the HR project manager and the stakeholders from HR and IT
- Manage project teams consisting of internal/external resources and provide leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
Profile
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
