Role Overview: We are seeking a tenacious Client Services Director responsible for strategic and operational management of all Point-of-Sale contracted and non-contracted clients, including service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect clients’ contractual agreements.

The role involves managing and delivering all client requirements, additional service lines, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, accountable for the development and operational management of all Point-of-Sale contracts, ensuring exceptional operational support and delivery. Responsibilities include client retention, account development, compliance, onboarding, and implementation planning.

This role also requires strong people management skills, providing effective leadership and support to the dedicated team.
