What you'll do

• Transform extensive data into actionable insights, implementing impactful pricing improvements in partnership with Knauf management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline and optimize pricing through various commercial functions
• Engage with stakeholders across 70+ countries, leveraging data to develop regional and local pricing initiatives
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to elevate pricing and sales performance
• Lead global projects by monitoring outcomes and progress, ensuring alignment with best practice targets through a strategic, data-driven approach

Who you are

• Hold a degree in business or a related field and having strong practical experience in Pricing, Sales, and Analytics roles
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in creating and implementing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools like tableau, SAP BW, SQL and price management software
• Excel in communication, adept at aligning diverse perspectives and presenting complex topics clearly to peers and management
• Have in-depth knowledge of pricing structures and sales processes, particularly within SAP, S4/HANA and Salesforce frameworks
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in multicultural settings
