What you'll do
  • Prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and operational goals, focusing on digitalization and contact avoidance to enhance customer experience.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog with clear requirements, guiding them through to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and development teams to ensure the product vision is understood and the end product meets expectations.
  • Monitor key service KPIs, especially Net Promoter Score and contact rates, to ensure customer journey changes achieve desired outcomes.
What you'll bring
  • A degree and 5-6 years of professional experience in customer service and product management.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify improvements and implement optimizations in customer journeys.
  • Interest and experience in digital service processes.
  • Ability to plan product roadmaps collaboratively with stakeholders and pragmatically solve operational issues.
  • Commitment, initiative, and openness to change.
  • Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent German and good English skills; comfortable with intercultural cooperation.
