Based in Munich, our international Design team is looking for a Junior Art Director (m/f/d) to join us in a dynamic and collaborative environment where bold ideas and great design matter. Your Responsibilities

1. Support the Design Team in creating compelling visual assets across digital and print touchpoints, from website and social media to newsletters, packaging, and beyond.
2. Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand identity by working within (and sometimes pushing) our visual guidelines.
3. Contribute ideas and concepts to marketing campaigns, product launches, and content creation.
4. Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Content to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
5. Prepare print-ready artwork and support production processes with attention to detail.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends and bring fresh inspiration into our visual world.

Your Scorecard

• A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience through internships, freelance projects, or personal design work.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A sharp eye for layout, color, and typography, plus a strong sense for brand storytelling.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
• Curiosity for branding and product design; golf knowledge is a bonus, not a must.
• Team spirit and clear communication skills in English.
