Job Description
As a Consulting Partner, you will act as a start-up CEO, with autonomy to define your own path. The client seeks an experienced business consulting leader to focus on success and growth for their clients and consulting business. This role offers the chance to work with senior leadership, shape business strategies, and participate in transformative initiatives, providing high exposure to C-level stakeholders.
Role Overview
- Advisor for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting business transformation programs, including assessment, framework development, new product design, and digital & sales technology tools.
- Problem solver providing solutions in areas like digital enablement, business improvement, and operations infrastructure optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategies to improve sales productivity, process standardization, digital adoption, and overall performance.
- Work with teams to provide solutions including process analysis, requirements planning, and business case development.
- Contribute to business development with shadow P&L responsibility and thought leadership through training, methodology, and toolkit development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trust as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders.
- Develop proactive proposals addressing business problems.
- Set strategic goals for the consulting business aligned with larger organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to support revenue growth.
- Drive consulting marketing efforts in targeted industry verticals and accounts.
- Identify market needs and propose new consulting capabilities.
- Oversee consulting engagements and lead as needed.
- Hire, motivate, and mentor consulting teams.
- Establish thought leadership regionally and globally.
Qualifications and Experience
- Senior Manager or Director experience in a reputable consulting firm.
- Proven track record of client satisfaction through excellent consulting work.
- Experience with technology solutioning, use case development, and business case creation.
- Experience leading workshops using design thinking approaches.
- Experience building and mentoring consulting teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
- Expertise in IT services, especially in manufacturing, automotive, chemical, pharma, retail, healthcare, or finance, specific to the region.
- Experience leading consulting engagements that integrate strategy, operating models, and technology.
- Strong research, analysis, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-directed and capable of independent work.
- Native speaker of the local language.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top business school.
- 12-15+ years of consulting experience.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools like ARIS, Visio, or Bizagi.
- Lean & Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
- Leadership qualities with a strong work ethic and client service orientation.
