Our Digital Workplace Team ensures the operation of client systems, office environment, tools, and applications within the ODDO BHF Group, including responsibility for vulnerability management. Currently, we manage over 3,500 Windows devices and more than 1,000 Android devices.

Position: IT Technician

We are seeking an IT technician with a strong background in operating systems and the ability to assess and address security vulnerabilities within our information systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with security teams to implement security solutions.
• Educate users on IT security best practices.
• Monitor new threats and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Resolve vulnerabilities in our IT systems.
• Manage security incidents.
• Report on security improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for all security-related matters (incidents, improvements, CMDB, etc.).
• Utilize deployment tools like Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell, batch, etc.
• Maintain proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Use IT security tools such as EDR and vulnerability scanners.
• Analyze issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
• Keep abreast of new technological threats through continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Completed training or degree in IT or related fields, with relevant experience.
• Previous experience in IT Level 3 support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows clients, MS Office, and enterprise networks (proxy, firewall, etc.).
• Technical understanding of IT interrelationships in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience with ITSM tools.
• Fluent in German and English or French and English.
• Friendly, service-oriented team player with high customer orientation.
