Requirements
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in electronics and hardware development with a focus on PCB design.
  • Very good knowledge of circuit diagram development and PCB layout (preferably with Altium Designer).
  • Experience in system analysis and embedded programming.
  • Ideally, experience as a project manager in hardware development projects.
  • Knowledge of hardware specification and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a plus.
  • Experience in the development of IoT products, Industry 4.0 solutions or sensor technology is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills are required.
  • Team player with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Development of hardware concepts and solutions based on individual customer requirements.
  • Hardware development for analog and digital components.
  • Circuit diagram development, simulation and PCB layout with a focus on Altium Designer (Mentor PADS or similar tools are advantageous).
  • Prototyping, sample production and commissioning of new hardware components.
  • EMC-compliant design and testing of assemblies.
  • Development-related documentation and optimization of designs.
