Qualifikationen

Your Role

You love working with people and are passionate about HR topics! As a P&O team member, you are co-responsible for our HR processes and provide your colleagues with guidance and support.

In our People & Organization team, we work together to create an inspiring work atmosphere. We value trust, open communication, and a culture of mutual appreciation.

How You Make an Impact

• You actively shape our HR processes and contribute your creative ideas.
• You play a key role in fostering our positive company culture and embody the values of equality, trust, and inclusion.
• You oversee the employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding—ensuring an excellent employee experience.
• You manage the preparatory payroll process (Datev) and work closely with our payroll partner.
• You contribute to exciting HR projects (e.g., international hires, remote work, occupational safety, pension schemes, parental leave management, and benefits).
• You keep track of all essential employee data in our HR software (Personio).

Your Profile

• You have either a degree (e.g., in business or social sciences) or an apprenticeship with additional HR training.
• HR experience is great, but not a must – we also warmly welcome career starters!
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of labor law, social security, and occupational health and safety.
• You thrive in a scale-up environment, enjoy taking initiative, and bring in your own ideas.
• You have fun working with digital HR tools.
• With your hands-on mentality, you navigate even busy times with confidence.
• Your empathetic and appreciative nature makes you a true team player.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You want to actively contribute to the energy transition and are passionate about our mission.
