We are seeking an experienced Head of Regulatory Affairs (m / f / d) for the German market. This position is part of an internationally active life sciences company with a diversified portfolio of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetic products.

The role requires an ambitious individual who is willing to support both the strategic direction and the implementation hands-on.

• Development and implementation of the local regulatory affairs strategy for existing and new products
• Management and further development of the regulatory team in Germany (2 direct reports)
• Management of all regulatory activities across different product categories
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and timely product approvals

• In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape in Germany and relevant legislation
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment in developing a team
• Strong communicator, assertive and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
