Since its foundation in 2009, Finance in Motion has unleashed over EUR 5.4 billion toward these goals across Southeast Europe, the Caucasus, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa. Due to ongoing success, Finance in Motion is seeking an Analyst in Risk Controlling (m/f/d) to support the Risk Controlling Team, a central unit within the Risk Management Department responsible for risk controlling, monitoring, and methodological tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of risk reports for the Funds, including monitoring timelines and coordinating inputs
2. Monitoring and control of risk diversification limits according to Issue Documents and Fund policies
3. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination of external Fund audits
4. Preparation and coordination of risk committee meetings
5. Contributing to projects related to risk management tools, processes, or systems
6. Maintaining and supporting Risk Management systems, tools, and databases
7. Developing, testing, and documenting risk management procedures
8. Contributing to the development and validation of risk models and methodologies

What we expect:

1. University degree in business administration, finance, economics, or similar
2. Relevant experience in risk management, reporting, data management, or system analysis in banking or asset management
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of financial accounting in banks or financial institutions
5. Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis and automation
6. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI
7. Experience with databases (SQL); VBA, DAX, Power Query skills are a plus
8. Excellent English communication skills
9. Team motivation, proactive attitude, and good communication style
