Overview
  • We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
  • Salary: € 65.000 gross per year with willingness to overpay
  • Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)
Tasks
  • Expert support for our customers and interested parties across all communication channels
  • First point of contact for all customer concerns
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and working on projects
  • Collaborate with the product team, leveraging customer feedback to improve the platform and services
Your profile
  • 3+ years experience in customer service or customer management, preferably in the financial sector or in the area of digital platforms
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach to work
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
