Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight crew rotations, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, adhering to budgets and flight duty regulations.
• Arrange training and corporate travel, including simulator sessions and check flights.
• Process related documentation and issue tickets or refunds.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Diploma as a Travel Consultant (f/m/d) focused on business travel or equivalent.
• Commitment to providing excellent service to flight crews and colleagues.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems proactively, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
• In-depth IATA knowledge and experience with reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport.
• Good organizational and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of travel tech tools like Cytric, Concur, Atriis, and Umbrella is advantageous.
