Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in the EMEA region for our Power Electronic business units.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify key players in various segments, track competitors, and assess market size.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the markets and customers of the business units, including market drivers, customer motivations, concerns, and potential solutions.
  • Enhance and develop Web Marketing strategies and coordinate their implementation.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and their results.
  • Define and lead market development strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and professional associations as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Marketing field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Product Marketing experience is essential.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Dynamics skills are required.
  • Industry experience in Electrical and Electronics preferred.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and web content management is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in Marketing and event management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
