Role Overview :

As a Monitoring Consultant (f / m / d), you are responsible for the design, implementation, and communication of modern monitoring solutions that meet technical requirements while clearly demonstrating the benefits for stakeholders. You will primarily rely on New Relic and create an environment that focuses on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

• Profound experience in the design and implementation of monitoring solutions (e.g., with New Relic, Dynatrace, UpTrends, Splunk, or similar tools).
• In-depth understanding of observability concepts such as metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably – even to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in configuring dashboards, alerts, and monitoring for cloud-based or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating and integrating monitoring solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for improving system reliability and performance.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel within Europe (20% travel required)
