Job Description:

Join us in an exciting project with Airbus Helicopters! We are seeking a motivated Program Support Obsolescence Manager (m/f/d) to manage complex obsolescence contracts and support the German in-service fleet of helicopters.

  1. Manage and follow-up on international S&S Obsolescence Contracts, including German customer relationships and progress monitoring.
  2. Lead obsolescence management for acquisition and support contracts for helicopters.
  3. Implement and define customer-oriented obsolescence management policies and solutions.
  4. Improve and maintain obsolescence management processes and tools.
  5. Represent S&S in German OSC Plateau and support escalation processes.
  6. Coordinate solutions within German support programs and MRO activities.
  7. Develop and prioritize obsolescence solutions for the fleet, assessing business impact and customer communication.
  8. Evaluate customer criticality and support offer development related to obsolescence.
  9. Manage obsolescence case impact, including business case development and roadmaps.
  10. Support logistics and spares management to reduce backorders and improve TAT.
  11. Oversee contract management with customers and suppliers.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in project management, engineering, aerospace, or related fields.
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in customer service, project leadership, management, or contracts.
  • At least 2 years in supply chain or logistics.
  • Experience with configuration management and TOM Obsolescence Management Tool is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Airbus Group processes and tools (Google Suite, MS Office, SAP, Windchill) is preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • An English CV is required.
