Shape the digital workplace at Foodji

Whether on-site or remote, a seamless digital work environment is essential for our growth. In this role, you’ll ensure technical stability, support our team in their daily work, and help us further develop a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Your mission at Foodji :

1. Operation and support of our IT infrastructure – both on-site and remote
2. 1st & 2nd level support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft systems
3. Administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot & Apple Business Manager (MDM for Windows, macOS & iOS)
4. Implementation and monitoring of security measures (SSO, VPN, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.)
5. Support for our Microsoft Teams rooms (Logitech, Android-based)
6. Operation of office network infrastructure (Internet, WiFi)
7. Support with onboarding of new colleagues

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace management, ideally in a fast-paced environment. You should have solid knowledge of Windows / macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune (including MDM), Entra ID, networks, and mobile device ecosystems. We value motivation and enthusiasm for improving IT security, streamlining processes, and creating real value in the daily work environment. A hands-on mentality, a structured and pragmatic work style with a strong sense of ownership, and proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level) are also required.
