We are urgently seeking a Product Manager (d/f/m) for our Global Grohe Product department for a limited period of 1 year and 3 months:

As a Product Manager for G4 Showers, your tasks include:

• Managing and developing the product range of selected lines within the showers and thermostats portfolio throughout their lifecycle.
• Driving pre-development and strategy/roadmap planning to develop a relevant, competitive, and future-proof portfolio.
• Aligning with regional commercial teams worldwide on product specifications and consolidating global projects.
• Representing the Global Grohe Product team as an accountable project team member through the Stage Gate Process for new product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Initiating cost improvements, tracking, and analyzing sales performance.
• Working on end-of-life planning (Pruning).

Qualifications required:

• University degree in business studies or related fields.
• Professional experience in Product Management.
• Interest and affinity for highly technical products.
• Experience dealing with international markets and customers.
• Knowledge of project, product management, and marketing.
• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Google-Mail knowledge is an advantage.
