This position can be held on-site or remote in Germany, Spain, Ireland, UK, or the Netherlands.

As a Product Designer, you'll manage work-streams, provide product direction, lead within the design team, and solve complex problems. You'll launch well-executed products, connect projects, and influence team culture. Your skills in high-fidelity prototyping and experience in improving tools and frameworks will contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage work-streams and set product goals.
• Lead within the design team and cross-functional peers.
• Address system-level problems with interconnected constraints.
• Launch well-defined products.
• Solve advanced Product Design challenges.
• Coordinate related projects across the company.

• Influence and develop team culture.
• Present work clearly to executives and leaders.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional skill in one design area (e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design).

• Previous experience in establishing design standards.
• Proactive in driving initiatives to strengthen the team.
