Position Description

The Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions is responsible for supporting Agency & Brand relationships within the PubMatic platform as well as working with current partners and internal teams to fulfill their business needs and optimize their potential for our publishers.

Candidate will do this through various tasks including campaign optimization, reporting, general account management, program implementation and managing terms and expectations for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities :

  1. Work with teams both internal and external to drive business goals and help our clients exceed their KPIs. This includes: managing troubleshooting and reporting, DSP set-up guidance and best practices for buyers, brief responses, and optimization best practices.
  2. Proactively provide strategic recommendations to existing clients to help upsell / drive incremental revenue growth for PubMatic.
  3. Have a strong understanding of PubMatic’s tech along with media solutions/products and will use this knowledge to demonstrate PubMatic value to clients.
  4. Be a trusted point of contact for clients and internal asks and ensure responses are handled in a timely manner.
  5. Support PubMatic teams with DSP internal testing/activations and tracking.
  6. Own the SPO proposal process for the Advertiser Solutions team.
  7. Own the monthly reporting to finance for SPO tracking purposes for BoB as well as the client-facing tracking reports.
  8. Support Activate BoB clients with campaign tracking/reporting.

Requirements :

  1. 1-3 years applicable experience in either Programmatic Trading, Account Management, Client Services, Sales or Business Development roles in the AdTech industry. Relevant experience includes: publishers, ad network/sales house, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, and ad agencies.
  2. Exposure to and familiarity with the Programmatic ecosystem and industry at large.
  3. Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including: pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.
  4. Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business and strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in written and oral English; German native is a must-have.
  6. Experience within a DSP/SSP platform.
  7. Experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI are a plus.
  8. Strong presentation (including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills are a plus.
