Job Description

• You will work with our ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow modules across all global locations.
• You will provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development.
• You will be responsible for the technical specifications and implementation of ServiceNow integrations.
• You should have a strong understanding of business needs, standardizing processes, and designing solutions accordingly.
• You will develop and implement technical solutions and perform component integration tests.
• You will configure changes using ServiceNow scripting, including UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 5 years of core experience specifically in ServiceNow development.
• You should be highly skilled in Web Services, ITSM, ITOM, and integrations.
• Experience with ITIL and Service Portal is required.
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory.
