RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be contributing to creating a dynamic and successful retail experience for motorsport enthusiasts:

Sell Official Merchandise: Actively engage with customers to sell official merchandise of pilots and teams, ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both German and international audiences, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Merchandise Presentation: Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and restocked regularly, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Sales Transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
