Position: COO
As COO, you will drive growth and operational excellence for our AI-driven global supplier search engine. Your mission is to scale processes, ensure financial stability, and align teams to maximize efficiency and revenue. You will oversee finance, business operations, legal, and HR.

Your Responsibilities
- Company Strategy & Operations: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic vision and operational plans.
- Scalability & Process Optimization: Build and improve internal processes to support growth and efficiency.
- Operational Stability: Ensure smooth internal processes, working closely with sales and product teams.
- Financial Modeling: Manage budgets, financial planning, and KPIs for business sustainability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align operations across departments and develop OKRs.
- Legal and Compliance Oversight: Develop and maintain legal and compliance frameworks.
- Revenue Growth: Support sales and product teams to achieve results through close cooperation.
- Internal Communication: Support internal communication strategies with HR and lead within the team.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in operations, business strategy, and scaling startups, ideally as COO, VP of Operations, or similar.
- Strong track record in process building, efficiency driving, and workflow optimization.
- Data-driven with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial planning, and daily finance operations.
- Ability to oversee finance, legal, HR, and administrative functions while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Comfortable navigating the fast pace of early-stage companies, balancing sales and product development.
- Prior experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B startups is highly preferred.
- Skilled in building, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for cross-functional alignment and initiatives.
- Plus: Deep understanding of sales methodologies, revenue forecasting, and business process optimization.
