The chapter Software Development represents all experts who deliver essential software development and engineering capabilities to all our product teams. These experts are organized together to keep E.ON’s code base modern, secure, and excellent.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Developing future energy software to be run on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Automation of supporting infrastructure, like account provisioning, entitlement management etc. – Infra as Code
• Automating code deployment CI/CD, with the necessary stages like code scanning, security
• Working with data model, on SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, creating CDS views
• Manage integration to backed SAP systems (S/4)
• Support with integration to observability tools

• Proficient with at least one or more of the following programming languages – Java/Node.js/ABAP
• Experienced working with SAP’s application programming models CAP & RAP
• Expert knowledge of core BTP services and have great interest in the latest SAP technologies
• Good understanding of the DevOps practices and development productivity topics
• You love to learn and to make things happen, that’s your passion
• Solid track record on modern software engineering
