The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, fluency in English and German (CEFR B2), strong problem-solving skills, awareness of inclusion and diversity, and an interest in fashion. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a results-driven mindset, multitasking skills, and knowledge of fashion trends.
