Responsibilities

You are currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great! We are looking for a working student (all genders) to support our Localization team.

• Support localization of English marketing and software assets into German with TeamViewer’s Translation Management System
• Ensure translation quality through automatic Quality Assurance checks and Linguistic Reviews
• Assist with localizing and maintaining glossaries, translation style guides and Translation Memories following TeamViewer’s tone of voice
• Support our Localization Project Managers on various projects to improve our Localization tech stack

Requirements

• Enrolled student in the field of translation, linguistics, German studies, or any other related subject
• Native German knowledge and exceptional fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
• Broad interest in software and tech paired with advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, … )
• Knowledge of CAT-Tools and Translation Management Systems is a plus
• Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently on your own if needed
• Proactive, organized and open-minded attitude with a “can do, will do!” work mentality
