Are you curious about the IT systems behind Deutsche Bahn's renowned loyalty programs like BahnCard and BahnBonus? As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you'll be part of an agile team shaping the quality of these programs.

YOUR TASKS

• Create decision templates for customers and advise on best practices.
• Participate in an agile team and contribute to its success.
• Analyze and optimize processes related to BahnCard and BahnBonus programs.
• Develop requirement documents for IT systems.
• Model business processes using event-driven process chains, domain maps, and value chains.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in business analysis, requirements management, modeling techniques, and documentation using Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Epic/Capability/Feature/User Story).
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Siebel, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented, strategic thinking, and working methods.
• Fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both spoken and written.
