Deine Position
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the product management lifecycle for our offer-tool from idea to implementation. We are unique at 1KOMMA5° in combining hardware and software products into compelling, global solutions.
- Conduct user research and utilize insights from analytics and experiments to optimize the conversion phase.
- Improve our customer offers and conversion rates, showcasing the advantages of 1KOMMA5° and customer savings potentials.
- Optimize sales processes and increase efficiency for our global sales teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers in a cross-functional team.
- Define the roadmap based on outcomes and data, aligning with international stakeholders.
- Foster communication across teams, including developers, product managers, sales, marketing, finance, BI teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and progress toward common goals.
- Have C-Level exposure to our marketing and sales units.
- Manage expectations and requirements of stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.
Dein Profil
What we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally in renewable energies, energy supply, or a related industry.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or growth-related fields is a plus.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and motivate teams toward shared goals.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Proficiency in digital project management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro, Notion, or BI & Analytics tools like Looker, with familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Shape-up.
- A customer-first mindset, always seeking to improve user experience.
- A data-driven, outcome-focused approach with measurable results.
- A passion for sustainability and driving the energy transition.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, address bottlenecks, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong proficiency in English and German.
