We are looking for consultants at all levels to join UNITY AG, with locations in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Paderborn, and Stuttgart. The role involves working on cross-industry consulting mandates, focusing on digital business models, product design, and software development. You will be part of a team working on future-oriented topics, from strategy to implementation.

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for digital product development and process automation projects.
• Advising CPOs, Heads of Digital Services, Product Owners/Managers on innovative IT solutions.
• Defining digital products, services, and architectures that deliver measurable value.
• Leading and supporting teams to develop digital services within client portfolios.
• Building prototypes, MVPs, and operational digital services with developers.

What you bring:

• Passion for digital business models, IT, software, and architecture.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master with an agile mindset.
• Knowledge of IT, software, and data architectures.
• Understanding of hardware-software-electrical interactions and product architectures.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Degree in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik or related technical or business field.
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of eCommerce systems, software development (Python, JavaScript, Java, REST).
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, neo4j, GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS).
