Position: Global Head of Tax

As the strategic leader for tax, you will navigate complex international and national tax regulations, drive compliance, optimize tax strategies, and support the Group's financial goals. You will report directly to the SVP of Group Finance & Tax.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of 13 tax professionals.
• Acting as the primary tax partner for management, business functions, and subsidiaries on international and national tax matters.
• Overseeing tax compliance systems and leading key tax projects, including Pillar Two - Global Minimum Tax and e-Invoicing regulations.
• Providing strategic tax guidance on digital business models, cross-border restructurings, and M&A activities.
• Managing transfer pricing analysis and optimization.
• Handling tax accounting, reporting, audits, and dispute resolution.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics and a German tax advisor exam; additional qualifications in international tax law or transfer pricing are a plus.
• Over 10 years of experience in an in-house tax department of a multinational or international tax consulting firm.
• Deep knowledge of international and national tax law.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, BIS, and openness to new technologies.
