About this Position

2-year traineeship in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs (Volontariat). Over the course of the traineeship, you will explore different areas of communications through a rotating approach, including External Communications, Internal Communications, Digital Strategy & Experience, Corporate Branding & Communication Strategy, Public Affairs & Governmental Relations, and Regional Steering.

What you'll do

• Gain insights into communication strategies and tools of a globally operating company and participate in various national and international projects, events, and activities.
• Create and edit content such as articles, videos, podcasts, etc., for external and internal media, including newsletters, press releases, Spotlight magazine, intranet, and social media channels.
• Manage various projects and support the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs team in daily tasks.
• Complete temporary assignments ('outstations') based on personal interests at external partners like communication agencies or other Henkel departments.
• Work collaboratively with a motivated and experienced team, including fellow trainees.
