Customer Window Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role, the Customer Window Engineer will act as the primary interface for customer-related inquiries (internal and external), for example: RFQ activities, technical changes, and refinement of product technical solutions together with the Autoliv China team.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

1. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and effective service to customers and enhance the customers' experience and satisfaction.
2. Facilitate alignment of customer’s current and future technical and commercial needs with Autoliv’s product roadmap together with the China team.
3. Engage early in the RFQ phase, promoting Autoliv products such as HOD (hands-on wheel detection) technology to customers.
4. Support CTC LEC project development issue communication and obtain customer approval.
5. Ensure the way of working is aligned with the overarching company and Autoliv China strategy and goals.
6. Support C-OEM customer visits to Autoliv Europe.

And if you have/are:

1. A major in Mechanics Engineering.
2. Fluent in English.
3. A very open mindset, willing to take on challenges.
4. A comprehensive understanding of the intricate demands of the fast-growing Chinese automotive market.
5. Willingness to adapt to the way of working with Chinese OEMs.
6. Customer-focused with quick response, good negotiation/communication skills, and a global team player.
7. The ability to cultivate robust relationships with customers and the internal Autoliv team.
8. Flexibility for both local and international travel, with a high frequency of customer visits to establish connections—biweekly visits are expected at a minimum.
9. Experience in driving the success of problem-solving is a plus.
