Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and review of complex (project) contracts.
2. Negotiate with domestic/foreign ministries, authorities, and international clients.
3. Advise as a business partner to management and specialist departments on all legal matters.
4. Lead settlement negotiations and manage contentious disputes.
5. Coordinate and involve external, especially international, lawyers and law firms.
6. Manage legal aspects and support projects within the project organization.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies in law (second state examination) with above-average results.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, such as law firms, companies, or industry and/or plant construction.
• Fluent in at least one foreign language.
• Proficiency with MS Office 360 Suite.
