IT Teamlead - Global Platform and Infrastructure (f/m/d)

1. You drive the global technology innovation roadmap for our Business Group “Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions” with impactful projects.
2. You lead and develop an experienced team of IT specialists within an international environment.
3. You utilize state-of-the-art IT platforms in our rapidly evolving consumer goods environment.
4. You contribute to the company's technology strategy and serve as a sounding board to senior IT management.
5. You translate complex IT topics into clear and understandable business language.
6. You closely collaborate with external SaaS partners to globally manage and operate our technology backbone.
7. You protect the organization's IT infrastructure and cloud systems from potential security threats.

Qualifications:

1. You hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
2. You possess solid experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security, ideally 5 or more years.
3. Initial leadership experience (e.g., team leadership or project management) is desirable.
4. You work well and effectively within a team and with other departments and areas, also globally.
5. Fluent English skills are required; German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
