Start: 19.05.2025 | Location: Lutherstadt Wittenberg | Hours: 40h/week | Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, including holidays

Salary: €2,223/month (for 40h/week) + performance bonus + language bonus (with certificate) + allowances

  • Escalating unresolved cases via ticket system to 2nd level support

Requirements:

  • Enjoy communication and telephony
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Reliability, teamwork, quality focus
