What you will do :

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Tracking and following up on cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
• Working towards targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
• Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
• Following standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
