This role involves managing new and existing client projects effectively and efficiently, ensuring strategic focus, timely delivery, and adherence to budget while maintaining high quality and service standards.

The successful candidate will have project management responsibilities for two major clients in Germany and will play a key role in growing the company's presence in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary contact for clients at the project level.
2. Coordinate with client contacts and project stakeholders to define inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Manage project bookings and collaborate with traffic and studio managers to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
4. Develop strong business relationships with clients through regular proactive communication.
5. Identify and implement strategies to meet client business objectives, challenging the status quo where appropriate.
6. Oversee all aspects of client briefs, focusing on quality and revenue.
7. Improve internal processes and communication between the account team and other departments.
8. Monitor project progress, anticipate issues, and recommend modifications with a solution-focused approach.
9. Gather and manage client feedback effectively.
10. Monitor competitor activity and report insights to clients.
11. Identify opportunities for business growth through marketing and retail strategies.
12. Understand internal procedures and assist with financial summaries and forecasts in collaboration with the Account Director.

Experience and Skills

• Experience in pre-press, packaging, or related industries preferred.
• Technical knowledge in print and/or packaging graphics management.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Confident, ambitious, and persuasive communication skills.
• Innovative, creative, and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines within budget.
