Jobbeschreibung

As our new Online Marketing Manager (m / w / d), you will be responsible for setting up and managing our international campaigns in terms of D2C and lead generation. With your experience in performance marketing, you will have an immediate impact on the success of Hyundai Connected Mobility in its Europe-wide rollout.

We want you to:

  • Take ownership of our performance marketing activities (Google, Meta, Apple Advertising, Microsoft Ads, and more) with the help of agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the company's acquisition efforts to drive the generation of new clients via additional digital measures such as SEO, Affiliate, and Partnerships.
  • Control cross-channel projects, e.g., introduction of new categories or subject areas to increase sales and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates in an international environment.
  • Analyze performance data and create reports and forecasts to derive recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and adapt advertisements to target markets at home and abroad.
  • Participate in projects and support the further internationalization of Hyundai Connected Mobility.

About you:

  • A degree or equivalent training.
  • At least 5-8 years of solid professional experience in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Apple Advertising, Google Analytics, as well as other tracking tools and mobile measurement partners).
  • Analytical thinking skills and an independent working style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Good German and very good English language skills are a must.
