Logistics Service Coordinator Airfreight Export (m/f/d) - Frankfurt Office

• Handle air cargo shipments in compliance with legal standards
• Provide personal and detailed customer service and coordinate with overseas offices and agents
• Prepare quotations and invoices
• Monitor and optimize work processes and review results
• Record and manage complaints
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Optimize workflows and oversee results

Job Requirements

Your profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airfreight
• Commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Experience in handling airfreight export shipments
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
