Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving customer loyalty, adoption, and implementation of Trellix Solutions, leading to successful customer renewals. The CSM must be comfortable consulting with customers at every level and articulating the value of Trellix solutions and services to inspire adoption and support.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Being the lead customer liaison for strategic accounts and driving customer renewals.
  2. Developing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, understanding their business strategies, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
  3. Advocating for customers and promoting transformation, engagement, and positive experience.
  4. Creating success plans to oversee onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction, promoting best practices of Trellix products.
  5. Partnering with Sales for account transition and expansion opportunities.
  6. Understanding customer business and cybersecurity challenges, demonstrating technology capabilities, and maximizing ROI.
  7. Handling escalations related to deployment or productivity issues, coordinating with Sales, R&D, and CS Engineering.
  8. Identifying risks to customer success and working on mitigation strategies.
  9. German language skills are a bonus.
