Your mission

As Head of Finance (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our international company with locations in Luxembourg, Germany, the USA, Singapore, and Austria. You will lead our Finance team and, together with the CFO/CEO, build a scalable, future-oriented financial structure.

Your Responsibilities

1. Management and development of our finance team and responsibility for all financial matters of our international company
2. Responsibility for accounting and controlling, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB)/IFRS
3. Responsibility for group consolidation and reporting
4. Oversee the budget and liquidity planning as well as the preparation of investor reports and financial planning
5. Development and optimization of efficient, scalable financial processes in a growing corporate environment
6. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: founders, investors, tax advisors, banks, and international teams
7. Close cooperation with the Finance Director and CEO
8. Participation in M&A and post-merger integration projects

Your Profile

1. Degree in economics or comparable qualification
2. Several years of relevant professional experience in finance consulting, auditing, or a comparable position in finance/controlling
3. Experience with both traditional controlling and "new" business models
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and liquidity planning
5. Experience with DATEV, Lucanet, or similar tools
6. Proven track record of building and managing a finance team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
7. Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex business processes
8. Independent, structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility
9. Strong communication skills and confidence with internal and external stakeholders
10. International project experience
11. Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and a natural affinity for numbers
12. Language skills:
    • German: C1 / very good
    • English: C1 / very good
