We are a growing team looking for an IT Support Specialist in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like providing on-site and virtual remote IT support to our employees, maintaining on-site systems and our global IT services, and helping bring IT at sennder forward. You will also manage the migration process from GWS to M365, including collaborating with other teams and conducting user training sessions. You’ll be collaborating closely with the whole team to provide excellent IT service and support, matching sennder’s IT SLOs.

  • Manage and optimize the M365 platform, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Deliver on-site IT service in alignment with IT guidelines and SOPs
  • Keep local ITC systems up-to-date and up and running
  • Ensure meeting rooms on-site are working
  • Ensure devices, resources and licenses are used efficiently
  • Deliver virtual remote IT support for other EU offices
  • Prepare computers for assignment and prepare for reassignment after return
  • Keep track of IT stock and initiate restocking, repair, recycling or secure disposal of broken gear
  • Handle IT asset inventory updates
  • Drive task automation using PowerShell, MS Graph, and Power Automate
  • Supportuser adoption through training sessions and IT documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

  • Proven experience in the IT support field
  • Experience working with the M365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra/Azure AD, Defender, Intune); experience with migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ability to stay up to date with new features
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices
  • Experience with common operating systems, client hardware, meeting room equipment and related services
  • Knowledge of wired and wireless networks (LAN and WLAN)
  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and enjoyment of optimization and automation
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Effective communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people
  • Proactive mindset and a service attitude, interested in providing end-user support
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level)
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Associate, CompTIA A+, or Google IT Support Professional are a strong plus
