As a solution consultant, you are the face to the (potential) customer. In your role, you will be the travel guide for our clients – from showing the potential value of our apps and services to remaining the key contact in a leading role during the project delivery. If a smile on the face of your client is what drives you, this is the right place.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player to keep all our clients – existing and new – engaged and content at all times
• Pitch, present, and consult the client on how to get the highest value out of our products & services
• Find and deliver the best possible solution for complex challenges around people management & business strategy for your client
• Configure use cases and present the value add of our solutions to the client
• Own and lead your projects during the delivery phase

In addition for Senior Solution Consultants:

• Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers
• Own, manage and upsell existing accounts through continuous engagement

Main interfaces with other functions:

• Strong collaboration with the data engineering, tool back-end, and data analytics delivery team
• Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development cycles
• Close collaboration with sales development to support newly qualified leads in their journey to become clients

Your profile:

• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Direct involvement in the design and/or implementation of large-scale business transformations
• Good understanding of people analytics (e.g. human resources management & strategy, skill management, strategic workforce planning, etc.) is of advantage
• Onboarding, consulting or selling experience related to software solutions in cloud/SaaS technology or business applications (preferably HCM) is of advantage
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI or similar)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German

In addition for Senior Solution Consultants:

• Experience in working with decision-makers in large complex accounts (e.g. DAX companies), preferably with a Human Resources focus
• Experience in creating and delivering top management presentations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent ability to deliver and a get-things-done mentality
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and creative thinking
• High level of intellectual curiosity
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic high growth environment

In addition for Senior Solution Consultants:
