Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email.
2. Help with booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions.
3. Provide top-notch support—no sales, just friendly help!
4. Work with a fun and supportive team.
5. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 23:00, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotational shifts.
6. Full-time 40 hours/week, perfect for exploring in the evenings!

What You Need:

1. Fluency in German (spoken and written).
2. Good level of English for internal communication.
3. Some customer service experience is a big plus.
4. Positive attitude and good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

1. €1380 gross/month + bonuses, 14 salaries per year.
